Most credit card processors require their customers to sign a one to five year contract often with substantial penalties if the customer terminate early and sometimes both. Why should you be locked into a longterm contract or be subject to penalties if your processor raises your credit card processing rates and fees every time Interchange rates change. Don’t be fooled by a low introductory rate only to be disapointed by rate increases every six months or poor support. Never sign a term contract. Never agree to pay a penalty.
Higher Standards, Inc will never ask you to sign a minimum term contract nor will we charge an early termination penalty if we do not performed as promised and you choose to leave us.
